Courier Pickup Planner
A fictional Kochi courier takes 30 pickup requests with four riders. The same requests run twice, side by side: plain dispatch, and a planner that reshuffles each rider's route as every request arrives.
Over 300 simulated days the planner rode about 13% fewer kilometres on average, and fewer on most but not all days. Simulated requests on a schematic map, not a real operation.
